All classes are charged applicable base charge plus $1.252 per
1,000 gallons of water used.
All sewer use shall be charged at a rate of $1.252 per 1,000 gallons
of water used or any fraction thereof in one hundreds gallons, plus
the applicable base charge as defined. There will be a $7.25 minimum
on residential sewer and $11.14 minimum on commercial sewer. There
will be no penalty on sewer charges. Sewer charges will be deleted
where water is used for sprinkling, industrial processes and non-sanitary
uses if metered so as to determine water used that is not discharged
into the City's sanitary sewer system.
